Abstract

In all civilized countries with governments and civilized laws, the punishment for a rebel is death, and the rebel of Islam is the one who apostatized from Islam. Therefore, the punishment for an apostate in Islam is death, but Islam has made a concession in this regard. If, after being arrested, he is found guilty of rebellion, then death is imposed. He should ask for a thousand apologies, repent, and swear that he will not commit the crime of rebellion in the future.
